Tara Smith, author of Best Mom St. Louis, joins Kitchen Conservatory owner and instructor Anne Carpenter, on a great crepe adventure! Anne, author of a forthcoming book on pies will demonstrate how to mix and make crepes and also how to fill them with sweet or savory fillings. Kids of all ages and moms will learn the ingredients and techniques needed for this fun and delicious activity.

Anne Carpenter, longtime owner of Kitchen Conservatory in St. Louis, has been teaching cooking classes for more than thirty years. She has trained in restaurant kitchens in Italy, France and across the United States. A self-processed cooking nut, she is the author of the new recipe book You Had Me at Pie from Reedy Press.
